EOC 401 Advanced Operations Course Information and Materials

Emergency Operations Center (EOC) 401 is an advanced Operations Section course. You must have already taken EOC 101/201 and EOC 301. This course is designed for those who may serve as an Operations Section Coordinator or other functions in the Operations Section. However, those that want a deeper understanding of how the functions within Operations might affect their role/Section in the EOC are welcome to attend. Please do not sign up unlesss you have completed the prerequisites.

This is a two (2) day course.

This course is a recognized course under CalOES and those that complete the course will receive a certificate of completion. The content covers all the main points for the CSTI Essential EOC Operations Section / Section Specific Training G611 criteria with the material tailored to the processes and policies of the City of Los Angeles EOC.

This course is sponsored by the City of Los Angeles Emergency Management Department for the advancement of emergency response and readiness in a fast-paced, stressful, and evolving EOC environment.
