
We have entered a critical period in Los Angeles as we work together to respond to the COVID-19 crisis and to slow the rate of exposure in our families, communities and across our city.
While we take extra precautions in the days ahead to physically distance, wear a mask (cloth or non-surgical) and stay at home as much as possible, this is a great time to find new ways to take care of our emotional well-being.
