Partner Agency Support Team

Emergency Network Los Angeles (ENLA) is a nonprofit umbrella group of community and faith-based organizations working in emergency management. ENLA is the Los Angeles County unit of the California Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD), representing approximately 45 area nonprofits.  Founded in the wake of the 1994 Northridge Earthquake, ENLA has become a model of how government agencies and nonprofits can network in order to better cooperate and assist one another during and following emergencies and disasters. As a result of this cooperation, communities in need are served quickly and more effectively.
